OC Artist of the Year
Through the artist of the year program, the Orange County Register seeks to identify and honor those students who are the top high school artists in the county each school year.
To find and evaluate students, the register has asked The Music Abode to nominate top instrumental and vocal music students to be considered for this distinction!
