Taking private lessons is an opportunity for students to grow to their greatest musical ability. Students with a gift and aptitude for music may only be able to participate in the school band or orchestra, if even that; also, without the proper coaching, may not be able to gain their full potential working toward a music major in college or becoming a performing artist, sound technician, composer, editor, etc. Members of the music industry will attest to the difference private lessons had in their overall music education. Private lessons are critical to help students fulfill their music potential.

We operate with strict costs to allow convenient and affordable in-home lessons for the community, sometimes we are unable to meet the budget of prospective students. For these students that qualify with a letter of recommendation and income requirements, we offer partial and full coverage of lessons and purchase of instruments through our Private Lesson Scholarship Fund (PLSF).

The Music Abode offers free music and music craft events throughout the community several times each year to help promote the growth of our PLSF. Help donate to support the growth of music in our community!
